Is My Product Eligible for Return?
Most products purchased from Microless are eligible for return unless specified otherwise on the product page. Certain products such as assembled PCs are not returnable as their components are unboxed for assembly.
Return Conditions
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
– Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and sealed.
– Returns of opened products, used products, or products with broken seals will be declined unless they are defective.
– In cases of manufacturing defects, all original materials including boxes, booklets, and accessories must accompany the return.
Initiating a Return
If your item qualifies for a return, you can initiate the process through the “Order History” page of your Microless user account. Our returns team will contact you within 24 hours to validate your claim. Upon confirmation, a courier will be arranged to collect the item from you.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order directly from your user account. If the cancellation option is unavailable, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat to request cancellation. We encourage you to cancel as early as possible and appreciate feedback on your reason for cancellation to help us improve our service.
Payment Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return. All refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Please note:
– Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days.
– Bank account refunds usually take 1-7 business days.
If a return is initiated for reasons other than a fault, damage, or incorrect item received, you will be responsible for covering all applicable delivery charges, import fees, and duties.
