At EDGEBYTEZ LLC, we are committed to processing and shipping orders swiftly and efficiently. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 PM (GMT-5) are processed the next business day. Standard orders are shipped within two business days following processing. Please note that this does not apply to customized, special, personalized orders, or orders requiring engraving, which require additional production time, irrespective of the shipping method chosen. This ensures we maintain the highest quality and attention to detail for each order.

The production time for customized, special, personalized orders, and orders requiring engraving remains unchanged even if expedited shipping like FedEx 3-DAY SAVER, FedEx 2-DAY, or FedEx Overnight is chosen.
International Shipping:
EDGEBYTEZ currently does not offer international shipping. We are dedicated to providing the best service and support to our customers locally, and at present, our shipping services are limited to domestic destinations only. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for international customers and appreciate your understanding as we focus on enhancing our logistical capabilities domestically. We hope to expand our services to include international destinations in the future and look forward to serving a global customer base as soon as possible.
